In your therapy sessions, your psychologist will gain a good understanding of your needs and concerns, support you to recognise your emotional and behavioural responses and provide you with practical strategies and resources to help you work towards your mental wellbeing goals.

Medicare Rebates
We provide psychological treatment under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. As such, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP. Rebates can be processed directly for you at our clinic.
Please note you do not require a GP referral to book an appointment as it is your personal decision whether you would like to access the Medicare Rebates or pay privately out of your own pocket.
Please note, we are NOT a bulk billing clinic
Private Health
If you have Private Health Insurance, you may be eligible for rebates. As each health fund and level of cover relates to different rebate allowances, please contact your health fund directly to discuss this with them. You can claim directly with your insurer after your session.
Please be aware you may not be able to use your private health insurance if you are already accessing Medicare rebates for your session.
Late Cancellation
We hope you can understand that our appointment time is valuable, and it has been reserved specifically for you. If you cannot attend your appointment or need to reschedule, please provide us with 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur any fee.
Non-attendance or cancellation at short notice (less than 48 hours) will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the consultation fee. Unfortunately cancellation fees are not eligible for Medicare rebate.

Payment processing fee of approximately 2% is applied to all payments.
After hours appointments (5pm onwards on weekdays and all day Saturdays and public holidays) incur an additional $20 per hour after hours fee.
