This program aims to enhance the performance and learning ability of others. We focus on consciously matching your management style to the coachee’s readiness to undertake a particular task. It is based on helping the coachee to help her/himself through dynamic interaction – it does not rely on a one-way flow of telling and instructing.”  Coaching is an essential task for all managers.

Mentoring occurs in relationships based on trust, respect and caring. A mentor models professional ethics, personal integrity, responsibility and respect for others and for the mentee to do the same.  Individual mentor relationships cannot be mandated. The work comes from warrior training that has been used for generations looking to cultivate ways to move through the layers of our self deception.  This workshop is about observing our tactical alignment to the world and offers insights in both our personal and professional environments. 

We are always engaged in a dance of power, when we interact with others - whether we know it or not. But how can we wield our power with the greatest clarity, integrity and purpose? And how can we remain calm, centered and confident when others are trying to impose their will upon us?

Finally………. There is a map to shed light on the way power works in your daily life. These simple techniques will bring a new awareness and new potential to your interactions with those around you, and with yourself.

The wheel of power looks at nine aspects of us as leaders and team members working with these aspects is an extremely valuable process for gaining more power and control within ones self. This workshop is an experiential opportunity to exercise our deeper knowing and experiences of many of the tyrants that hold power over us.

Having fun is an essential part of building a strong and healthy community.  Games have the ability to bring together small or large groups of seemingly strangers and develop an instant rapport that only games can achieve by a set of simple rules.

All people feel good when they have fun, and therefore have more positive expectations about what is to come. They tend to like the people responsible for initiating the fun, which makes them more likely to listen to them, learn from them and respect them as positive leaders.

Games can be designed by the needs of the group and or the reasons participants are attending the program. Defining what you or the team wish to achieve is fundamental to the success of the experience.

Finally remember that often a debrief or discussion post games has a greater and deeper effect than the experience itself.
